Le Tire-Bouchon Laval

We made a reservation for 7:30 PM on the 25 December 2025 and had to wait for about 15min once arrived at the restaurant. Service was wonderful, the staffs there were friendly and welcoming got everything we ordered 🧡 However, the time taken between each courses took forever so we end up trying to kill time by having a conversation and play some board games while waiting on our food. The first two courses (soup, salade and the salmon) served us relatively okay time, our pina colada, tea and our water was pretty fast but our main dishes took over a hour and half almost 2 hours to received it.. 🥲 I'm glad that I kept a bit my salad because our meal was extremely salty so it helps to balance the dish out.

The food we order overall was delicious, soup and salmon was great, our beef steak was spectacular, the drinks and our desserts was delicious 😋 The desserts came pretty quickly (way faster than the soup and salad actually) 😅 The only thing I didn't really enjoy was the fries, it was extremely salty and wasn't capable to finish them. I was able to eat a few bites of it and take the rest to go for my husband (he enjoys the fries a lot, he finish his fries on his plates quickly).

The decor was beautiful, the atmosphere was wonderful, love the music and the ambiance in this restaurant, great food and amazing staffs, service was on point ☆ Overall, it's fantastic way to celebrate the holidays with my husband ❤️🎄⛄️ We just wish that the main course didn't took over a hour of waiting... 💔

Aside of that, will come back again for sure ! The food was very good at this restaurant and we enjoy our experience 🥰

Went here for a wedding with a reservation for 17 people, when we got there they told us only 15 can fit in their wedding/business area. Unfortunately some of the kids had to sit outside of the area at a faraway table. The place even with 15 was very squished and being in a small room made it extremely hot. However, the food was very delicious.

Worst my angus steak and worst pepper sauce I ordered a med rare and it came as a well done the server changed it but it was still white meat from a frozen steak

Our waiter was really nice and funny. They make a mean dirty martini!! Their salmon and tuna tartar are really good. We also had the cheese platter.

They have great promotions every night. Definitely will go back.

We ordered the beef tartare and the black pudding via Uber Eats. The food packing and quality were so poor that we couldn’t even eat the black pudding; both the sausage and fries were horrible. This was truly disappointing.

Excellent meal and wonderful atmosphere. I had lunch with a friend and everything was spectacular. I would love to recommend this Chablis - i had not had it before and it was great. This restaurant is quite reasonable in their wine markup so you can really indulge!

Good French bistro food. We went before our movie. I chose the liver which was delicious and a huge portion and my friend took the salon tartare. Even the small portion was quite large. only thing is they must keep the prep of the tartar plates the same regardless of what they serve as they put cornichon and raw onion on her plate... the only thing for the atmosphere is that of course they are in a huge place and does not feel quite like a bistro but it is to be expected. The service was good and attentive.

OMG the BEST mussels in white wine sauce every! Entrees were exceptional and the 3 sherbet dessert wonderful. Service is nice and friendly but slow. Prices reasonable. Will return when next in Laval. Try it!

Very nice surprise for us. The restaurant is beautiful, the atmosphere is good. We had excellent service, very attentive. In addition, the dishes were excellent and the portions generous. I highly recommend this restaurant!
