It looked good on the menu but tasted horrible. The hot dog was probably the worst part. It was hard and probably raw. The fries were ok, but not the main meal being the hot dog. It was so horrible i couldn’t finish it after one bite, and i didnt even digest it after one bite. It ruined my appetite for the rest of the evening. Never coming back again.

On October 10, 2024, I had a very special gastronomic experience in a restaurant at Carrefour Laval. At dinner time, at New York Fries at Carrefour Laval, I was treated to a large poutine named in my honor: the “Seb” poutine. In this poutine, there are (if I remember correctly): fries, cheese curds, pieces of pickles and merguez, cheese sauce and brown sauce for poutine, pieces of bacon and the all served with a fountain drink. It was a real treat!

The excessive salt content in the poutine was unpalatable, and the presence of a hair in my food was deeply concerning. Consequently, I am compelled to express my profound disappointment and convey my decision to refrain from patronizing your establishment in the future.

We ordered the spicy bacon poutine and it was not edible. It came with no cheese and was drenched in Buffalo sauce. Literally only tasted like buffalo sauce and nothing else, the guy even forgot to put bacon in it. We took it to go so couldn't go back but i would not recommend. The girl at the cash register was nice though i have to give her that

The bacon and double chews poutine taste like vomit the hot dog has no taste and the only thing that taste good is the drinks that’s how bad it is. The service is pretty good but definitely not the best. The I looked at the order I knew that the food was going to be horrible the cheese looks slimy the cheese that you normally see in poutines isn’t even melted and it doesn’t even melt afterwards
