Based on the reviews, Poulet Rouge offers great food that is amazing, cooked well, savoury, and tasty, with freshly grilled chicken and fresh rice and lettuce. The portions are generous and the choice of assortment is quite voluminous. Customers praise the great customer service and empathy with clients, noting the staff have a great vibe and contagious smile. However, some reviews mention that the menu is a bit confusing and that they could put more condiments, with occasional attitude from some staff. The restaurant is kid-friendly and has wheelchair accessibility.
