“Delicious crispy fried chicken and I like their garlicky dips that goes with the fries/chicken platter, customers constantly come and go to pick their orders up. Sometimes its hard to get a parking spot that’s how busy it is.

The interiors are alright, probably needs an update but if people just take orders for « to go » then it doesn’t really matter.“

“May 2024: I go to this chicken rouge 4x weeks after the gym each time. The Staff is very professional, FAST and efficient. I always receive my order in less than 2 minutes or 5 when it's busy (I'm not even kidding). They fill the dishes well and even put 4 strips of chicken, I recommend 100%

Edit November 12, 2024: Incredible service again, The staff recognized me and FILLED MY BOWL, and even gave me 5 chicken strips, GOATED RED CHICKEN

“Went last night for the first time and it won’t be my last. It was delicious, we had the whole chicken with medium sauce and some sides. My boyfriend said it was the best chicken he’s had in Canada! Not only was the food amazing, service was great; attentive and friendly! Hopefully they open a 4th location closer to us, but it was good we are be ready to make the 30 mins drive.“

Be careful the main meal is not accompanied by anything free etc, example:
The rib or half rib if you ask for baked potato or sweet potato the price changes.
The drink is also not included in the price change. The salad bar is free with certain meals, but with all these extras you just have to pay for your salad Lol

“This is a great spot that offers delicious and flavourful food! We often pick up for takeout one Chicken sandwich to share or two if we’re feeling particularly hungry. “The employees are super friendly and you can taste the love they give when they cook the food. Every time I go for hamburgers they are always smiling and offer 5-star service. The meatballs in the burgers are delicious. A detour not to be missed!!!“

“Very good, I come quite often but today I arrive and the girl at the cash register doesn't see me and is watching a film on her cell phone. I stayed at least 5 minutes making noise so she would realize I was there but she was too focused. Not strong on customer service.“

“When I entered this restaurant two things immediately struck me: The retro atmosphere and the music that was too loud which prevented us from hearing each other speak. Then, once at the counter to order everything was fine, no errors in the order and the drinks are free refills. Wonderful! Except that the barbecue sauce is very oily and has a certain aftertaste of gasoline, but otherwise very good poutine, but the regular one is tiny. I will go back there certainly“

“Today was my daughters birthday and we went nearby to eat with the kids. We chose crustys and so glad we did, the decor is so cool for kids, they also helped me set up and literally give us carte blanche, the kids had space to eat and chat and the food was amazing. They couldn't finish their plates so the parents helped lol. Definitely amazing service and food ! Thank you so much Fati for all your help !“

“Came here with my girlfriend and we had a great time! The food was good we ordered the piriri cuisse and the general tao poutine. The fries were really fresh. You can even see the steam ?. Staff is great and the cashier was super kind 10/10 experience for Au Coq!
