The customer before me asked the waitress to have his fries less cooked...he ended up succeeding...but the fries were already ordered...mine was a bit better but I didn't eat it because it was reheated and pus the old oils...I would have liked to pay...disappeared outside in chatter and smoke...I gave 15% the same...but I will never return it...unfortunately...it's a beautiful place...

Very poor service in the afternoon, they took my order wrong and I had to wait forever for my bill even though I had requested it well in advance, the service in the morning is much better

2 souvalki plate a coke $69 with salad type not good made quickly not even black olive not the same as in the photos not very good misses pizzaretta

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They serve a very good poutine, very generous with lots of cheese. I like it a lot!

Now, if you order a medium pizza to eat there, they charge you $4.99 more because you're sharing. I understand about club sandwiches etc. but for pizza it's completely absurd. Who eats an average pizza alone? Otherwise, the rest is excellent.

Worker started passing the vacuum on the carpet while we were eating….. im not talking about picking up a mess, im talking about vacuuming the whole upstairs area, it was 3pm

Notre groupe y allait aux 2 semaines parce que nous trouvions les prix raisonnables et la nourriture bonne. Nous avons été désagréablement surpris de constater que le menu avait changé (plus de menu du jour) pour le même prix nous n’avons plus le café, dessert et soupe. Pour avoir la même chose qu’avant nous devons rajouter 6,95$. C’est une bonne augmentation.

I went on Sunday for Father's Day. My family and I waited over an hour to receive our dishes. We were quite patient. Even the children are starting to get hungry. The waitress was disrespectful to a few members of my family as well because she didn't apologize for the service. Also, when my cousin was paying, she whispered to the side: “yes it’s okay.” When we ask her if that’s what she said, she dares to say the opposite. We will not return to this place.

We arrived at the restaurant at 11 a.m., yes it was busy and we were very patient and understanding but at 1 p.m. we still had not received our plates and the waitress never gave us menus…. I had to get up and go get them myself after waiting 1 hour before she came to clean our table….. really bad service 0 we literally waited 2h30 and even more before getting up and leaving because we had still received nothing LAST TIME and really not recommended to come…. Very disappointed

Food ok, a little expensive for what it was honestly and then I get yelled at by the waitress who complains that her tips are not high enough, very frustrating I have never seen anyone complain about 'a tip, it's an extra and the service was correct if I could have given none after this comment.
