Subway in Laval

“I’ve been a regular customer at this Subway, and I’ve always had a great experience. The employees are always respectful, the bread and toppings are fresh, and it’s the best Subway in my area.

They even give me extra cucumbers on the side for my kid whenever I ask, which I really appreciate.

I’m posting this review because I noticed a couple of recent negative reviews. While I was in the store, I saw two customers arguing with the employees, demanding extra toppings even though their sandwiches were already well loaded. From what I observed, the staff remained professional, and I don’t think those reviews reflect the service I’ve consistently received.

“Hands down, this is the best Subway restaurant I’ve ever visited. I go to Subway almost once a week because my son has gluten allergies, and this location absolutely stands out. They had gluten-free bread available on-site, and the staff was so helpful when I called ahead. The service was impeccable, everything was incredibly clean (including the washrooms), and the owner-manager clearly takes pride in keeping the place spotless. Overall, it’s a 5/5 spot for any Subway fan. Highly recommend 5 Star rating.“

“I had issues with the app ever since it got recently updated and messed up my order which I ended up paying more than I was suppose by removing the attached coupon on the tip screen for some odd reason. Of course , I was not happy and wanted to make it in time before they get started on my order . I wouldn't fault them for how unstable this app becomes with their weird updates, but the owner is willing to make up for this mishap since app orders cant easily be canceled. I really appreciate their understanding and service .“

Everything was fresh, the veggies were crisp, the bread was perfectly baked, and they didn’t skimp on the portions at all. You can tell they actually care about quality and customer service here.

“This branch is located next to the IGA, at the back of the parking lot and not near the street so it may be less easy to spot without the business sign! Very clean and spaced out, there was no wait on a Monday evening. Unfortunately we didn't have all the choices available (recurrence in branches?? Almost never seen the meatballs lol) and there was no steak left. Nevertheless, the staff made our cold meat sandwiches well and we ate there peacefully.
