Behind the counter there is a lady, small in stature, the very example of energy and dedication, always smiling and knows my order in advance. The service is generally correct most of the time, except for the fds sometimes, the hygiene of certain members leaves something to be desired. A good shower is essential.

Worst customer service. It's unheard of 6 employees I waited 20 minutes for a cream cheese bagel. There was no one else, the employees looked at it and did nothing.
