“This particular location has very little atmosphere as it's located in the food court of les galeries d'anjou, so don't take that as a negative against the restaurant itself. For the food, the veggies are always fresh crunchy, the sauces are each unique and tasty and the bases are a good addition. However, quite often the chicken is over cooked and on the dry, tough side, rather than tender. The sauces used to flavour the chicken are hit and miss as far as actually being able to taste the differences between them. On the upside, the service is always quick and efficient. When there's a queue, you won't be waiting long.“

“Our family went to Burger Ranch for dinner because we were in the mood for some burgers. They seem to have much more than that, but we took all of us the Smashburger options. The kids loved theirs, my wife and I loved the hours too. The vegan cheese and smashed with delicious!
Very friendly staff and quick service, which we appreciate appreciated a lot.
The burgers were very flavourful and their buns were brioche style, so soft and beyond delicious! And they also have tons of sauces that they put on the tables that are really yummy to dip the burgers and fries in.
Definitely will go again!

As someone who cooks all the time, I'm extremely critical about food quality and taste. That's why I was genuinely surprised and impressed with Poulet Rouge on my first visit!

We ordered the chicken bowl with salad and quinoa, the chicken bowl with brown rice, and the chicken poutine. Everything exceeded my expectations for a fast food franchise. The chicken was well-seasoned and properly cooked, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavors were spot-on. This isn't your typical fast food - the quality really shows.

Beyond the food, the service was great, the restaurant was clean, and there was comfortable seating available. Our order came out quickly without compromising on taste or presentation.

What really seals the deal is the pricing - it's actually affordable, which is rare these days given the current economy. You're getting quality food at a fair price point.

I'm genuinely excited to go back, which says a lot coming from someone who usually prefers home-cooked meals. Poulet Rouge has earned a regular customer. Highly recommend giving them a try!“

“Burger Trio (three burgers) all-dressed for under $15? It used to be that you can get much cheaper meals from Big Burger. Maybe that explains why I didn't know La Belle Province was a thing for all the years I lived here. These days, McDonald's/Burger King cost just as much. But La Belle Province's burgers taste so much better! I'm so glad my daughter discovered this during our recent visit. If you are a student, the 15% discount can bring the cost below those national chains.

La Belle Province is a local chain only in greater Montreal area. This one is at Sherbrooke and Pie-IV, about three blocks from Pie-IV metro station. As we entered off lunch hours, the place was not crowded. Staff were busy but cheerful. Food is custom prepared. So, expect some wait time. It's worth it! The bun, in particular, is delightful. It seems custom ordered, unusual for a small chain.

Also, bring your appetite. Three quarter pounders are a lot for two medium sized people. (For reference: Larger than three Big Mac) Not sure who is ordering this dish for him/herself.“

*UPDATE 2025.12.03: Strange. The first time I needed assistance to place a large order for a group of 40, I had plenty of help but not today. I was not-so-gently redirected to place the order online - the incentive being there are no discounts or deals when you call and online costs $70 less!
But now my card is not going through (not a MC issue/they confirmed all was fine) and I can't place the order. So what now?
There is no help online. No customer service hotline that can assist. I need to wait for the store to open at 11 am but that will be very lasty-minute for such a large order.
I guess that's what happens when corporations cut back to make more profit - the customer winds up floundering.
I guess I'm back to finding alternatives for the group lunch. What a shame.“

“Oh my days... Best restaurant in the neighborhood. I went there on a cold yet sunny Saturday afternoon, not expecting too much. Boy to say i was satisfied with my experience would be an understatement. Food was absolutely scrumptious and the service was impeccable. Couldn't ask for a better lunch date with my girl. The waitress refilled my coffee without me needind to ask. Plus prices are never seen before in this economy. Anyways 10 outta 10 would recommend.“
