“I have been going to this restaurant since it opened in 2007 and since then, I have not been able to find better Shish Taouk or Shawarma anywhere else! Oh and we haven't even talked about the small potatoes and the garlic sauce (the real one, not the common mayonnaise!) seasoned on site, they are succulent! Don't be fooled by the sober look of the restaurant, the real magic happens behind the counter thanks to the smiles and good service of the employees and the excellence of their dishes!“

“Was looking for something different and always enjoy looking for good Middle East Food. The food was good and the people friendly. Food was great tasting, service was a little slow,but can be a busy place. Good food reasonably priced, this lived up to all I was expecting.“

“Very good Shish Taouk, fresh pita, excellent chicken, freshly cut on the doner. A real delight!!! Garlic mayonnaise and a little touch of parsley.
The service is impeccable, polite, smiling staff. Everything is done on an assembly line but harmoniously, it's impressive to see them work in this way. They switch roles, but all the while knowing what the customer wants!!! They are very attentive!!!
It's a charming place and the dining room is very clean and well organized. Very good price and good quantity!!!“

“Food is delicious, the staff is great, soccer was loud on the tv but that’s just a detail.

The space is very clean; the tables are super clean and so is the ‘kitchen’

“Stayed in Old Quebec for four days and tried this restaurant every day. Different items of chicken and beef were tried. Food is tasty and up to the mark. Prices are average according to the location. Only downside is sitting space which is quite less and hard to get table and chairs in rushy season. We tried dine in one time and rest all days did take out. Food and restaurant are recommended.“

“Normally the Boustan is a 'hit or miss'. In terms of quality of food, very good, usually fresh and ''good in the mouth''. On the other hand, either you come across a day where the employees who serve you work on 3 hours of sleep, understand you 0, have extremely glaring ADD or you come across a day where there is at least 1 person who had all her hours of sleep and who knows how to roll a pita bread without breaking it all, and often, it's just the manager, if she's there. In short, the happy medium does not exist. Once again, it's not a waste to go there since the food is good, but go there on a day when there are no people and it's quiet.“
