Normally the Boustan is a 'hit or miss'. In terms of quality of food, very good, usually fresh and ''good in the mouth''. On the other hand, either you come across a day where the employees who serve you work on 3 hours of sleep, understand you 0, have extremely glaring ADD or you come across a day where there is at least 1 person who had all her hours of sleep and who knows how to roll a pita bread without breaking it all, and often, it's just the manager, if she's there. It was okay, but rather dry. More like smoked or cured meat. Not enough seasoning and dry meat. No texture to taste either. Not much to see.The potatoes were my favorite part of the dinner and it was very ordinary.I don't think I'll go back

I regularly order through Uber Eats and never receive my pitas despite ordering extra. I like to put my shawarma plates in pitas. This is the only reason why I order from this type of restaurant..
