“First visit and it is by far the best in town! Everything is fresh, the meat and chicken are tasty, the salads are crunchy and the portions are generous. The employees are concerned about hygiene measures because they wore net/gloves… Very good meal and will return soon.“

“Ate here today and loved it! The food was great and affordable especially compared to other nearby restuarants that cost at least twice as much. More importantly the staff were just so friendly, warm, and welcoming... overall great experience!“

“I love Amir, the shawarma/shish mix plate is my favorite. With that, I have more than enough. The portion is good for a big hunger. Always so good every time I go there. The service is fast, the cooks know what they are doing. I encountered two types of service at the restaurant. He has smiling, super nice employees who seem happy to serve you, friendly or the other guy who doesn't care about you when you get to him he makes you wait to finish his story to his friend and as soon as he serves you, he doesn't care about you and still ignores you. That's why it's 4 stars. On the other hand, the other employees who provide good service are very appreciated and they are the ones I want to meet when I go there. I recommend to fans of shish, shawarma!

The space is very clean; the tables are super clean and so is the ‘kitchen’

“I have been going to this restaurant since it opened in 2007 and since then, I have not been able to find better Shish Taouk or Shawarma anywhere else! Oh and we haven't even talked about the small potatoes and the garlic sauce (the real one, not the common mayonnaise!) seasoned on site, they are succulent! Don't be fooled by the sober look of the restaurant, the real magic happens behind the counter thanks to the smiles and good service of the employees and the excellence of their dishes!“

“I have been going to this place since my childhood, my father took me there and I took over. These are the best Shish taouk, falafel, sovlaki in ?? Canada.
Vegetarian options: Their daughter is the best in Quebec. I've been eating it since I was little at this place. And I always have good humous with stuffed vine leaves. It makes quite a good meal.“

“Normally the Boustan is a 'hit or miss'. In terms of quality of food, very good, usually fresh and ''good in the mouth''. On the other hand, either you come across a day where the employees who serve you work on 3 hours of sleep, understand you 0, have extremely glaring ADD or you come across a day where there is at least 1 person who had all her hours of sleep and who knows how to roll a pita bread without breaking it all, and often, it's just the manager, if she's there. In short, the happy medium does not exist. Once again, it's not a waste to go there since the food is good, but go there on a day when there are no people and it's quiet.“
