Mon endroit préféré et le meilleur shich taouk sans aucun doute!
Vraiment une merveilleuse petite place. Autant pour la qualité des produits que pour le service, et sans même parler des prix très abordables et les grosses portions! Contrairement à beaucoup de place, ils ont su garder leur signature à travers les années. Il y a longtemps je fréquentais souvent ce restaurant car je travaillais tout près. Authentic Tunisian cuisine by a Tunisian. I had the grilled chicken. Couscous is only available on Fridays. Feels like in Tunis with the decor inside in the restaurant. A must for Tunisian food lovers.

Carthage Express in Quebec City is a gem with amazing and delicious food. The staff is nice and very friendly, and the atmosphere is magnificent with beautiful colors, lanterns, and art from Tunisia and North Africa. Try the shish taouk meal or the special pita sandwich for a scrumptious experience at a great price. The quality/quantity/price ratio is incredible and budget friendly. Vegetarian options are numerous and delicious. The couscous royal is excellent and the vegetarian couscous is wonderful, with generous portions and fresh flavors. The Couscous Tunisien has an amazing flavor with hearty chunks of lamb. It is the best halal food in Quebec City, a hidden treasure for those seeking a unique experience.
