How come I ask for a box to take part of my meal and they whant me to pay $3.95? I take my food because I like it, but this is incredible, charming for a box

I used to love scores... Maybe it's because this is a different one, but when I sat down they advertised a slapped together meal with no sense; fried chicken on top of a poutine. a giant hunk of it. Why put it there if you wont even modify with the context given

Secondly, I am distraught. I was given the usual 5 chicken tender combo.
The entire meal was minimized to a small bowl instead of my usual full plate from past expriences. The chicken is LITERAL chicken size compared to the t rex sizes the original ones they had.

They took my comfort food at scores and completely changed it.

I really enjoyed food and atmosphere first time.
Second time $35 for the tiny ribs and chicken. Tasted like St. Hubert. Not even a drink.

Just not so great service upon entering but our waitress was very nice.
The food was horrible. For the price we paid, I'd rather have had nothing than the food we did.

Food: Taste good, reasonable portion and good choices from the buffet. The Chicken taste way better than Swiss Chalet. The Chicken Noodle Soup is pretty good.

Service: Dania is very attentive to details. Once she approached our table, she immediately offered us English menu and took the French one away. She came to our table quite often to make sure we have good supply of pop and the dirty plates were being taken away.

Food was nice and located right next to the hotel we were at. They suffered our inability to speak French which helped as well.

I've ordered delivery twice now and the quantity of fries is literally outrageous!!! The first time I called and after arguing with the owner, he agreed to send me a $10 gift certificate. Thank you but I don't order to have a gift certificate!! I added a piece of cake for $9!!!!...and this is what I received!! I'll let you judge for yourself!!!
I still want to say that in restaurants, I have never been disappointed.

It was an excellent warm and cozy evening in the restaurant. Rôtisserie Scores scored a huge score with me that evening.
I will definitely be back soon.

Very disappointed, not with this branch necessarily, but with Scores in general. Prices are now exorbitant, and supply and service have greatly diminished. The plate of chicken fillets for example, which we are charged $4 to $5 more than before, now no longer comes with BBQ sauce or bread. At $21 for a fairly bare plate, it's very disappointing. The cheese sticks no longer come with marinara sauce, we now have to pay an extra $2 if we want a sauce, that's laughing at us.
At that price, I have better service and quality of food at Bâton Rouge, and for less money and more choice at St-Hubert, so I no longer see any point in frequenting this restaurant unfortunately. Especially when your vice president boasts in the newspapers of already being cheaper than elsewhere...
