Tim Hortons provides a friendly customer experience with attentive service, although the parking lot conditions could be better. The restaurant offers a variety of menu items, including a popular oat milk latte, grilled cheese, and potatoes with ranch sauce, which are prepared fresh and to customer specifications. The staff works hard to serve customers quickly across all areas, including DRIVE, DELIVERY, and inside the restaurant. While the drive-thru is relatively fast, it can take a bit longer to get your order inside, often around 10-15 minutes from when you walk in. During a visit, there was a noticeable lack of cleanliness checks, but food was refilled quickly from the baking counter. Customers appreciate the good service and are grateful for the efforts of the team, even when some promotions, like the 350 points offer with a muffin, don't work as expected.
