“Nice welcome and a diverse menu.
Half gobbled onion loaf! It’s hearty! En masse for two people. Same thing for big Poutine. The potatoes are fresh and not McCain. You earn points for that! We had the BBQ sauce and it was sweet. It’s good but personally I prefer a saltier sauce for the Poutine. The wings were very good! In short, a good family place with a more brasserie menu and lots of choice.”

“Visiting Canada from US ( sorry this is in English not French or Quebecois ). Originally from La Tuque visiting the old homestead with my brother. This shop was super friendly, bilingual could understand my ‘merican’ accent. Coffee was wonderful, service so welcoming. As a people watcher, it was amazing to see how nice the and friendly Canadian warmth is sitting on the picnic bench inside. If traveling East from Montreal or west from Trois-Rivières, Le Rose-Barista is a must stop break along your journey. I highly recommend the coffee, food and remarkable attractiveness of everything. Hope to visit Louiseville, Le Rose-Barista sometime in the future. Cheers to a great friendlh eatin establishment!!”
