I have lowered my rating.My experiences at the drive-thru over the past year have been really unpleasant. We haven't even stopped our vehicle in front of the terminal yet and we are already asked to give our order with a "Hello, your order?" barely intelligible, very monotonous and with the impression of disturbing.
