I put 3 stars because of the following:1. Sushi were poorly rolled, when picking them up with chopsticks they would fall apart.2. The batter of the sushi was soft instead of the normal crispy batter you expect from fried sushi.3. Salmon nigiri were made out of smoked salmon instead of fresh salmon. 1. I ordered the pad thai, it didn't taste like pad thai. In fact, he didn't taste anything at all. Other than that, the sushi was good, the peanut sauce tasted like curry/cumin (still good but interesting twist!), and the tempura was a little overcooked. Message to owner: Please better train your staff to respond to customer complaints.
