La gérante, wow. Très irrespectueuse et pas capable expliquer gentiment. J’arrive au service a l’auto et elle est déjà sur les nerfs et frustrée, si elle est pas d’accord sur quelque chose ca s’explique au lieu de crier après les clients. C’est la base du service a la clientèle. Super service et bel example pour les jeunes.. 😂
