Group of 4. Terrible service. We ate there for dinner and breakfast the next day. We arrived close to when the kitchen was closing. We were able to order quickly enough and the food that night wasn't terrible but the service was. Blonde server with glasses was more concerned about flirting with her boyfriend and his friend that doing her job. Other waitresses were going to her constantly but she just stayed put. Ordered a pitcher took 15min to get it.
Breakfast was for worse. 15min to get a coffee for a table of 4 and we were the only table actively sitting, 2 kther leaving. Only 1 waitress working so not entirely her fault. Toast was so hard it could knock you out if hit on the head with it. Fruit was frozen or rotten, not suitable to be served. Was told the toaster broken and the flattop was used for the toast. . We lef quite a bit uneaten, told the waitress it was pretty sad for a breakfast. No discounts offered to make up for the issues. I've been there over the years past and it wasn't this bad. I doubt we would go back

Le menu de midi avec la pizza margherita est un véritable échec. Elle ne contient même pas de mozzarella fresca. Pour compenser cette perte, on joue sur la qualité des autres ingrédients, mais cela reste trompeur ! De plus, la pizza était brûlée. Pour couronner le tout, on nous a servi une assiette sale. Je suis un client régulier, mais cette fois-ci, le service était lent et bien en-dessous de ce que j'attendais. Je suis déçu!

We had dinner at the cage on a Thursday evening, he gave us the place upstairs as we were a small group, good service even if it was complicated to have certain little things!!! I also had lunch there on Friday morning!! My unfortunately my 2/5 star comes down to the fact that we slept at the Comfort Inn and on Friday evening there was a DJ and after several complaints that their music was preventing our hockey players from sleeping he received a lot of complaints!!! I find it a shame that there is no respect for the people who sleep in the hotel!!!

Once the order is accepted and payment is made, I receive a call stating that they are not delivering and that I can come and collect my order. It doesn't work like that, we offer a service or not.
Ok, they choose to deliver it… the Perrier (paid) and utensils are missing. The meal itself would be described as a “dogs breakfast”, or as they say in Quebec, gibelotte (bang gang shrimp, with the extra 2 shrimp added to the standard 6, but there were only 2). They should change the name to splate splate shrimp.
I did not complain, I suspect that the meal would have been subject to manipulation and I chose to no longer go to this restaurant, or the rest of the chain.
It was rude, they can take sports at the right age and position themselves as not very good…. As before to avoid.

Good food, came with my wife for an evening without children and to be surrounded by "children". Waitresses who shout and this drunk at the bars and who comes to serve. Even unable to talk to my wife, there is so much noise. We never went back.
Place an order to take away, give a tip, only to end up with things missing from the order...

Beware of false promotions and look carefully at your invoice before paying because the promotions apply to holders of the cage application but the servers do not notify us and are not able to correct them once you have paid.

Incredible service and honestly incredible people! People in that town are so so darn friendly ! Me and my friends are English speaking - we used chat gpt to translate best we could but the staff made every attempt to understand us and the food was awesome! The owner ( Marco ) and the new owner were just awesome! The entire restaurant felt incredible - the atmosphere- the food - the people !
