“I'm surprised at the low ratings. We actually had a great experience. We ordered the smoked meat club and the pasta. Both were really good. I think it was a husband and wife duo running the place. They took their time prepping the order and I could see them doing it. All clean and well done. Portion sizes were good. Overall we enjoyed our meal!“

“I recently dined at Mike's Restaurant and was very impressed with the experience. The service was incredibly fast, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was pleasant with a moderate noise level, which is a welcome change from other noisy restaurants. However, the place was a bit small, which could be a problem if it was busy. Overall, a great dining experience.

“I've known this place for over nearly 2 decades and it was the very first restaurant I went after arriving.
Throughout the years, Ive been here numerous times and, unlike other Mikes, this one never disappoints. The portion might have reduced due to inflation but, the taste and quality remains the same as I remember.
Today is my mom's bday and she wanted to visit. We had a very awesome experience with friendly staff, clean table, quiet atmosphere and a small surprise gift from the staffs.
The only negative side I would say is the portion has gone a bit too small compare to previous years but it is the same trend in all places. But the superbe service made up for it and I would certainly keep ordering and visiting this place. I just hope this restaurant never closes after Place Versailles shuts down“

I only gave it 4 stars because I saw online that kids eat free with each purchased adult meal, called this location and a man confirmed that on Sundays kids eat free, only to go there and realize I had to pay for my kids. Not a big deal to pay but I was disappointed at the false information I received minutes prior to showing up there.“

Their pupusas are delicious, their sauces are finger-licking, you can see that there is work put into their sauce because it is not the usual can of tomato juice on the table. “It was pretty decent, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. I am looking for a thick, crispy fry, and something different with the gravy, not sure what exactly. Maybe a richer flavor and thicker texture?

I wouldn't be disappointed if I was served this poutine again, but I will continue to try other places instead.“

“Their lunches are delicious! It's a very calm atmosphere, there aren't many people for lunch, the meals are delicious.
Only problem: when the blender is not working well, please do not serve a half-mixed smoothie. It was awkward to turn it over in the kitchen because it was not drinkable. The waitress apologized, explaining that the blender was malfunctioning, and remade it. But very good service, cleanliness #1 even in the toilets and there is parking, so easy to access.“

“Had a lovely lunch with friends visiting from Toronto. The service was warm and welcoming—our waitress was especially kind and attentive. We really enjoyed the seafood pizza and BBQ chicken pizza, both were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The Thaily salad was fresh and delicious, and the shrimp appetizer was a great start to the meal. A great spot for a relaxed and tasty meal!“
