“Je suis allée aujourd'hui avec mes collègues de travail manger aux Îles en ville. Tout d'abord la propriétaire et son équipe ont été super! chaleureux, accueillants, avenants. J'ai dégusté le homard avec son riz, la sauce à ail et la salade avec tqble d'hôte! le homard, un vrai délice!! fin, doux onctueux !! Je me suis regalee durant tout le repas!!! le seul pt négatif c'est qu'on avait du mal à s'entendre .... A part ça, je n'ai eu que des retours positifs de la part de mes collègues !!! “First time at this restaurant and my experience was fantastic. Their pupusas are delicious, their sauces are finger-licking, you can see that there is work put into their sauce because it is not the usual can of tomato juice on the table. The horchata is delicious you can't eat pupusas without horchata.The service was impeccable, the staff kind and attentive.Take a tour and you will love this place.Great food

“I've known this place for over nearly 2 decades and it was the very first restaurant I went after arriving.
Throughout the years, Ive been here numerous times and, unlike other Mikes, this one never disappoints. The portion might have reduced due to inflation but, the taste and quality remains the same as I remember.
Today is my mom's bday and she wanted to visit. We had a very awesome experience with friendly staff, clean table, quiet atmosphere and a small surprise gift from the staffs.
The only negative side I would say is the portion has gone a bit too small compare to previous years but it is the same trend in all places. But the superbe service made up for it and I would certainly keep ordering and visiting this place. I just hope this restaurant never closes after Place Versailles shuts down“

“Wooow! It must have been almost forty years since I last walked into a Nickels, back when René Angélil and Céline Dion founded the banner! And, from what I remember, the menu has really changed, even if smoked meat is still in the spotlight. The decor... phew... if you like vintage, you will be amazed!“
