Room only had one waitress andthe poor woman was run off her feet. We had to wait 10 minutes for the bill. They really need to add staff.
We always stop at St. Hubert during our visits to Tremblant, great food and value. Et toujours d'excellent service!
Food was amazing. Hot and fresh. Our server. She was amazing. We got seated, our order was taken and food arrived in 5 mins. In Ontario was have Swiss chalet. The food here is far superior. This place is a must try!

However, some customers have experienced slow service, with one customer waiting close to 2 hours to receive their food. The traditional coleslaws were not as usual, and the cheese poutine was soft, but still very good with the sauce on the side.
