Long wait, only one cash open while there is a long lineup
Received black coffee instead of regular - we managed to get it fixed
Raisin bagel was burnt, managed to eat half of it after scraping the top - couldn’t get it replaced because we already left

That is the most comfortable Tim Hortons I've ever been, I often go there with my mother for coffee, and of course the food is great.
I'm glad this place was open yesterday because I was so hungry and no other place was open. I had a nice sandwich and a coffee and that made my day so much better.

Tim Hortons offers decent service and "ok" food, including French and vegetarian options. The manager is nice and helpful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is open at night and has large parking spaces, making it accessible for all. While some may not like the cardboard glasses for icecaps, the overall experience is improved with better and faster service.
