It's worth noting that I have nearly eight months of experience at another AW branch. To future employees, particularly those from Muslim backgrounds or immigrant communities, I encourage you to navigate these dynamics assertively. Have you ever seen that, an employee come and sit on the counter where the food is served? Ubert or other deliveries will pass in front of everyone who has been waiting for several minutes to give their order. He doesn't even wait for the delivery man to come in to meet him.
Updated July 2024. Several visits and still a lack of employees in the evening. The cashier makes customers pay and goes to make burgers without washing her hands ? Lack of motivation on the part of the employees visible in their attitude. Those who are don't work there for long. Since opening, I always have the impression that there is a lack of general management. Where has the franchisee been since opening? Obviously he's just harvesting, but doesn't care about the place. It's over, I'm not going back there anymore.
