Probably the best smoked meat sandwich I’ve had in this city. I devoured it in about 5 minutes on the front steps. Angel who was working at the counter is a lovely woman too, she came outside for a minute to chat and made me feel very welcomed.
A few steps from the intersection between Boulevard Saint-Michel and Rue Beaubien Est lies the now century-old Ukrainian delicatessen Zytynsky’s. Pierced simply by a door on the handle of which hangs a bell, its facade is a brick wall.
