I have been going to this restaurant for a long time and the cuisine, the service, the atmosphere is always remarkable. Very clean and very welcoming place. Their dishes are excellent.

He is not really a "chef." They are a friendly family but they are just amateurs. They are using spices for their kebab that should not be used for meat. Therefore, if you know the authentic tase of kebab, you will not like their food. The taste of all of their sauces is so funny and not good. Even the dressing of their salad has a strange taste. In a nutshell, they don't know the basics of making authentic food and I didn't like any of what they served me. Unfortunately, looks like 99% of the restaurants in Montreal are just amateurs.

I recently had the pleasure to order from « AlChef Boucherie & Grillades Restaurant ». and I can confidently say that their chicken on charcoal meal is an absolute must-try.

The star of the show was the perfectly cooked chicken. Tender and juicy, it was seasoned to perfection with a blend of Mediterranean herbs and spices that danced on my palate. The generous portion was accompanied by a fluffy, fragrant rice that complemented the chicken beautifully.

What truly set this dish apart, however, was the accompaniments. The warm, freshly baked pita bread and generous amount of fries were delightful vessel for sopping up the flavorful sauce that had been drizzled over the chicken.

To balance the meal, a crisp and vibrant salad was served on the side, featuring a variety of fresh greens, juicy tomatoes, and a light, zesty dressing. The combination of the tender chicken, the comforting rice, the pita bread, the delectable sauce, and the refreshing salad created a harmonious and satisfying dining experience.
