The food is pretty average. Pancake was not fully cooked. I ordered matcha latte and the server spilled it when bringing. The matcha was also not properly mixed and I returned it. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend going.

The server was kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was nice, however my uncle makes a better omelet. The eggs were cooked on too high of a heat and have that chewy texture. Flavour was ok.

We had a great breakfast. I chose the Charly. It was delicious. The amount of food is substantial.

The only drawback is the extra charge of $4 for maple syrup. Considering the amount of maple syrup given, it should be included in the price or lower the price.

The cook doesn't even know how to make scrambled eggs. I was served a shredded omelette.

The restaurant design is very attractive. The location is convenient. And the many food options all look fantastic. My breakfast was delicious. But the service is poor. This Saturday, the restaurant was maybe 75% full. We had to beg for more coffee and it took a long time to get our check.

Went twice for brunch over the weekend.

Portions were really big and very filling.

The first time our server was great, he was very attentive and the service was great.

The second time we had a different server and the service wasn't as great as previously, waited almost 20 minutes for the bill.

But overall a very good brunch spot.

A disastrous experience for a family brunch

I came to this restaurant with my little family on December 6, 2024 at 1:15 p.m., hoping to have a good time and encourage my son, who was on antibiotics, to regain his appetite. Unfortunately, the experience was catastrophic.

There was only one server for around 20 clients. This poor waiter had to both take all the orders and serve them himself. Result: I was forgotten for almost an hour after placing my order. The server took forever to ask me what I had chosen, and the overall service was extremely slow and disorganized.

When I finally reported the problem, the waiter admitted his fault and offered to "offer me something to calm me down." But when it was time to pay, he told me that his boss was not available and that we would have to come back the following week to receive this “commercial gesture”. Unacceptable!

Beyond the chaotic service, this experience ruined what should have been a pleasant family time. I chose this restaurant to offer my son a meal that he loves and which would have stimulated him to eat, but it turned into a real disappointment.

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.

Very spacious location with great food. A bit overpriced for sure, but you’re paying for convenience right ? Nothing that blows my mind, it’s just good comfort food.
