Had a great experience here before the Noah Kahan concert last night. They had a playlist of his and similar artist's music playing. I didnt have a reservation but was alone so I got a spot at the bar, which was comfortable. Food was served quickly, everything was delicious and hot. My drink was strong. Staff friendly. It was expensive but to be expected for a restaurant inside the Bell Center, still worth it imo. Thank you Justine and Laurent!

Unfortunately not a good experience for us.. dismal service, barely passable food.. the prices displayed on the menu did not correspond to the amount written on our bill. The Cheeseburger is listed at $26.00 on the menu and when I received the bill, the Cheeseburger was $29.89. The linguine was just awful.. I wanted to return my plate, but the waiter never came to ask us if everything was okay.. so everyone had finished their dinner while I didn't at all ate.. worst restaurant experience in several years. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Wine bar serving Tapas style dishes. (Small portion) We had the Texas Poutine on the menu which turned out to be a simple “Italian” Poutine nothing more. $20. Not really good.In addition, we tasted a bottle of white wine and a few microbrewery beers. The atmosphere is still chic and cold, business man and woman seated at a table, not a place for a family.We were at the Bell Center for the Montreal Canadiens game and the special “Bobblehead” Kirby Dach evening. The manager (or employee) was particularly defensive and quite unpleasant when we asked her for 2 Dach figurines. She accused us of not spending and only wanting a figurine. ???We mentioned that we had just paid, showed her our bill and she replied that she could just give us 1 for 2. RIDICULOUS!Yet there were 3 full boxes at his feet.Our opinion is that this restaurant is flashy, mid-range with very nice dish names, really overpriced and that they take themselves too seriously. If you only have no choice.

My friends and I made a reservation for dinner here last week (March 2024) during the World Figure Skating Championships.The first event was ending late and we tried to move our reservation by 15 minutes, but the online system wouldn't allow it. This was odd, as we discovered when were leaving that the restaurant was NOT full!We arrived on time with an hour and half until the next event started. We ordered drinks to start and they took over 15 minutes to get to our table; mine was incorrect and I sent it back, but no one came to take another drink order for me.During this event, the regular menu was unavailable and there was a set table d'hote menu with limited items for an inclusive price.The appetizers arrived quickly and they were delicious.But then we waited and waited and waited -OVER ONE HOURfor our entrees!I ordered the lamb shank and it was perfectly cooked. But the accompanying potatoes were cold where they weren't under the meat, the cauliflower was barely cooked and had some black spots, and the baby bok choy had not been sliced off the stem.The chocolate mousse that we ordered for dessert was NOT mousse! It was more like a pudding, the chocolate flavouring was bitter, and it was barely sweet.The restaurant should have been better prepared with such a limited menu, I'm surprised it wasn't.Our waiter disappeared most of the time; the service was atrocious considering how few patrons were in the restaurant at the time. As we were leaving to go to the next event - LATE - we noticed 5 or 6 empty tables, in a very small space.I would not recommend this place at all.

After all, it’s not the server’s fault if their food isn’t edible.

This evening we went to the bazaarette at the Bell Center....WOW what a great team, thanks to our great waitress Jessica...the service was exceptional...the meal excellent...it was a more than perfect moment.. .if you go to see a show or a hockey game I strongly suggest it.
Open? Not open? Who knows. Sometimes Bazarette opens but only for Bell Center or Groupe CH employees. This looks like a nice bar that would be fun to try, but you can't try a bar that doesn't want your business.
