Overall the experience was good. We chose the 6-course tasting menu. The flavors are pleasant and the plating is careful. However we found that the experience is altered by several things: - when booking by telephone, it was agreed that we would be called back a few days before our arrival to confirm the availability of the tasting menu. We had to check the website ourselves because no one called back. - when we arrived at the restaurant, the table was not available and we waited in the lobby. I understand that the table may not be ready but we were not offered to wait anywhere other than in front of the front door. - the servers were polite, however it is a shame that the presentation of the dishes and the level of language used does not reflect the quality of the food.
In the end the experience was pleasant but the quality of service could be greatly improved.

Louis and Paul were absolutely perfect, their attentiveness, their professionalism, their sense of humor and their personalities made our experience even more memorable. A culinary experience with Montreal in Rable with a unique, balanced and tasty original menu. Unforgettable, each dish with its wine hit the mark with the terrine of faith, as did its conclusion with maple cotton candy. We really enjoyed ourselves.

La bisque de homard était très bien présentée et goûteuse. Toutefois la portion est très petite . Quand au pain qu'il faut payer il ne nous a pas plu. C'était un pain brioché bon en soi mais qui ne s'accorde absolument pas avec un repas . Les portions sont petites dans ce resto et il n'y a pas de légumes dans l'assiette de filet mignon. Le prix des bouteilles de vin débute à 100$. Toutefois le service est impeccable.
