menu was confused. so much dairy. steak quality was poor. not a good cut. lobster was great!
This is hands down my favourite restaurant in Montreal. Every dish is prepared with such care and finesse that you can truly taste the attention to detail in each bite. The food is consistently delicious, refined, and thoughtfully executed. Beyond the cuisine, the service is outstanding, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable experience. Dining here is not just about enjoying a great meal, it's about the entire experience, from start to finish. It is absolutely worth eating here, and I cannot recommend it highly enough!
Lovely experience. Food was tasty and works of art a the same time. The temperature restaurant was a bit too cool for my liking though.
Très bon repas qui est en fait une merveilleuse expérience du début à la fin! Merci c'était délicieux!
We booked the 12 course anniversary menu from La Table Gourmande and were very disappointed. The service was very rushed. We barely sat down and started to look at the drinks menu that appetizers came out, with little to no explanation. This set the tone for the rest of the meal. Servers were rushed, and plates were brought over with very little explanation. Although the food was good and came in great quantity, the 12 courses lacked coherence between each other. Especially the mains with their sides dishes, none worked together. It would have been better to have smaller quantity and a specific order in which to eat the dishes. Overall, we were not happy with our meal, especially since the service was not up to par with a "high end" establishment. I don't think we would be returning nor trying the Michelin table.
First time in a Michelin star restaurant, absolutely loved the experience, food was amazing and the staff was very professional and friendly
Très belle soirée pour un repas avant le match du CH. Un menu adapté à prix très abordable pour la qualité de la nourriture et le service reçus. Vraiment cool et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Merci

a wonderful dining experience; attentive and knowledgeable service. appetizers and lobster cappuccino exploding with flavor. main dishes were cooked to perfection and mouthwatering. we are truly grateful to have such a great chef and kitchen crew to showcase the best of Montreal's food scene!
We had a great experience in this restaurant. The food was very innovative and interesting. The pavlova we ate there was absolutely delicious and delicately made. I recommend if you want to try different and innovative dishes.
If traveling to Montreal, this is a must-visit. From Lobster Cappuccino to a stupendous combination of mains, to the abrosia for dessert, everything was both delicious and impeccably served. While not inexpensive, it was one of the few times when eating a great meal that I felt the value delivered exceeded the cost.
The food was disappointing — Too many embellishments. The scallops flambé we tiny little scallops that looks like mini-marshmallows and were not tender, and were overpowered by the taste of the anise liquor used for the flambé. The smoked ham croquets, lobster cappuccino, and Parmesan amuse Boucher were very good. Everything else was mediocre. I have a food allergy that I noted in the OpenTable reservation, and mentioned it to the server — The immediate response was “no” when I asked if it was possible to use plain butter for one dish rather than using flavoured butter that contained the allergen — I can understand not being able to make accommodations, but the brusk manner of the response was off-putting, made me feel unwelcome, and made me want to leave just after being seated. The restaurant did substitute one dish for me, and I appreciated that, but it wasn't offered until after the server left and returned sometime later, and by that point I felt unwelcome.
Service was too quick. Staff ran around so fast that it didn't let us enjoy our food and guests. Food came too quickly in the beginning. For a high class restaurant, staff needs to be neither seen nor heard. Filet was tough. Flame was too close. Sauce was great. I'd like the recipe for the sauce. Lobster was good. Desserts were poor. No lemon flavor in pavalova. Very disappointed!
