As a retired business owner I am very sensitive to service. 1881 is a lovely upscale restaurant associated with Club Sportif, and THOMAS provide superior service for our evening meal. (Walk-in from the Marriott across the street.) Great service needs to be recognized and rewarded. With respect to recognition, this post addresses that aspect.
