I get my bread at Ecodep on Laurier. Having an irritable colon, eating sourdough bread is preferable. He is one of the rare bakers to make bread only with sourdough. The only downside is that the spelled loaf is not always available. Kamut bread is quite digestible on the other hand.
Blé de pays products are of superior quality, both in the choice of raw materials and in the execution. Beneath a modest visual appearance lies the secret of know-how. Taste, texture and preservation, everything is there. Plus, your order can be delivered to your door (and sometimes by the baker himself)!
