Ordered seven cookies and based on our experience, they were indeed delicious. Pecan cookie in particular was a hit. Only reason I drop the score by a star is the half dozen was paid in full, but the box had only five total, seemed like the Reese's wasn't in it. I'll take responsibility for not checking on the spot, but never a great feeling to objectively get less than what you pay for.

This afternoon my boyfriend and I went to try this biscuit shop, and the experience was disastrous. We had 6 cookies… all were of the same taste, too sweet and bland, cookies that lacked cooking inside (raw pasta), $3.50 a cookie too expensive for the size.

We have been regular customers since the store opened. We go there several times a year and... we are starting to be disappointed. On several occasions the people at the checkout are unpleasant or unwelcoming.
I hadn't said anything until now claiming that they have busy and stressful days but... it's the same thing at 12 p.m.
The biscuits are good but the flavors are no longer pronounced. The decorations and colors change but very little flavor.
The shop is charming, it would be welcome to set up a few tables.

Second time ordering it. I took a box like last time. I had cut them into quarters and frozen them and they were excellent fresh, straight out of the freezer or even reheated. I confirm that they are still excellent fresh, plus they were still hot. The price is there, but so is the size. It would be the same price at a good bakery and these are definitely worth it for the texture and taste. Real comfort cookies.
