Shared Korean BBQ pork, the pineapple slice really brought it together. The sides, white rice, and miso soup were all really good! We sat outside and could watch many of Montreal’s Village characters walk by.
I was getting followed by a potentially dangerous creepy man on the group and had to seek shelter immediately. I went into Restaurant Itaewon and asked the waiter for help (댑빵 i think was the name written on the back of his shirt) he was very helpful and told me I can stay there for as long as I needed and escorted me out just to make sure I was safe. Restaurant Itaewon offers amazing and yummy food at affordable prices. Guests enjoyed dishes like seafood pajeon, seafood soondubu, and yangnyum chicken. The soup was flavorful, and the yangnyum chicken had a nice sweet and spicy umami flavor. While the food is great, service can feel a bit rushed, so visiting when it's not busy is recommended. The staff is described as nice, sweet, wonderful, and super friendly. It's a great spot for friends, family, or a date.
