Ordered a porcheta for dinner yesterday, we felt cabbage was not that fresh but didn’t mind at that time, I had diarrhea twice at midnight and early morning, disappointed experience (

Really tasty but unfortunately they forgot the onions on my cheesesteak. Otherwise it tasted great.

Phenomenal sandwiches, took the meatball parm and was delighted. Huge portions and great quality. Their cannoli is also really rich and tasty

My sandwich was extremely spicy, I wish they would ask about it, but it's very fresh, other members of my party had a better luck and enjoyed it. I would say it can be smaller, it's hard to finish and maybe youthful crowd can appreciate this more. Overall vibe is decent and for a fat food court it's pretty decent setup.
Food: I really wanted to like BOSSA, but the spicy sausage sandwich was a miss. It sounded like the kind of order that should be rich, flavorful, and satisfying, but it ended up eating greasy and wet. The sausage was the biggest problem. Instead of having color, char, or a real browned edge, it came as a large rectangular patty that looked almost boiled. The flavor never really recovered from that, and the whole sandwich felt heavier than it was enjoyable.
Service: The staff were nice, which I appreciated. The issue was the wait. It took a long time, to the point where my friends who ordered from other spots had already finished eating by the time mine came out.
Summary: Nice people, but this order did not land for me. Between the long wait and the spicy sausage sandwich being greasy, wet, and underwhelming, I would not rush back for this one.
