We bought mini pastries and some were very rubbery
They seemed cooked from the day before

Very poor customer service, orders arrive at half capacity, a few employees were courteous except one who calls customers thieves. Very poor way of treating your customers. We will go to other, much better bakeries and we will be better served there.

Made an Uber order for almost $160 for a croissant. Received 1/4 of the order. Calling the bakery a lady told me that the Uber driver forgot a bag. She passes me the gentleman who processed the order and tells me that he forgot to process part of the order and that he will send it by another delivery person. He called me back a few minutes later and told me that he couldn't deliver to us and that finally he had processed the entire order and called me a liar/thief. Worst customer service from the bakery. As if I have time to waste on a Sunday morning to do this whole scene for an Uber order. Worst place several other bakeries with better quality and service.

I bought three different pastries (pistachio brownies, lemon/basil tartlet and choco-frMboises cake). We were disappointed with the taste of all 3! Have you changed your recipes? I went there more often a few years ago and it was much better. Value for money was not there.

Best bakery in montreal and the best location of its chains. Spacious and with those delicious bakery recipes. I recently tried their pumpkin roll and it was like buttery, flaky, creamy pumpkin inside, slightly, but not overly sweet... just so so so good!

The quality of the pastries is excellent, we really fell in love with the Emmental croissant and the chocolatines. Great location in Beaubien, easy to access, the chocolate almond croissants are to die for! ???sourdough bread is so soft!

Very good patisserie. Products are of high quality. Will definitely satisfy your craving for baked goods, pastries, etc. They are not the best in the city but pretty much everything is very good and you won't be disappointed. Prices are reasonable. Great local bakery. Worth a trip if you're interested in quality food. Been coming for years.

Possibly the best croissants in Montreal. Excellent choice of pastries, desserts but the prices are so expensive compared to other places

The only downside to fall is your apple Kouign-amann. A disappointment every year

The food is delicious but the service is very disappointing.
And please, don't even dare talk to me about inaccurate remarks. Your customer service team is not up to par.
Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is really tasty here.
