If there’s one pastry shop in Montreal that brings me back to my childhood , it’s this one. From walking in with my yia yia as a kid, till now, eating their goods for almost 25 years. I hope this place never closes!

Very bad customer service, I asked kindly on the phone if they had tiramisu, the lady hung up on me and seemed annoyed. I called again just to know if they would have tiramisu tomorrow and what would be the best time to pick it up, she said she was busy and seemed annoyed. I kindly asked my question and she said: maybe. You can reply kindly to your customers, I don’t understand the anger. It was a simple question… No need to answer me out of frustration. If you don’t have it, that’s fine. If you have it, then just let me know when to come.
