This is the best bakery in Montreal, best in Canada, and serves pastries that are on par with France, if not better. The choco suisse is a true highlight, but don't skip on the chocolate/ almond croissants. And the prices are very, very fair!! Great staff, too. Love it here!!!

Probably the best croissant in Montreal. Everything is good here and the staff is great. Highly recommend.

Love the vibes and the workers are always so friendly! The vegan cake is absolutely to die for, I only wish they had a vegan sandwich for whenever Im looking for something vegan on the savoury side!

Continuing with the culinary tour in Montreal… this is a must for a quick bite or a great dessert. I have been here two times already since the bread by itself it’s amazing. I also had the chance to try the desserts… the lemon one, totally worth it, my friend loved the chocolate tart and today I ordered the Guava one (it tastes a lot like guava… amazing). There’s a Mexican girl attending Marivel, super nice and gives great recommendations.

A nice experience, I’m pretty sure I’ll visit this place again this days.

I got there around 12:30 pm and even though they were running low, I was really glad to see they still had the chocolate almond croissant! The flavor of it was fantastic, I absolutely loved the chocolate and the almond paste. But unfortunately, the croissant itself was really cold and soggy and not enjoyable anymore. Parts that should've been crisp or airy weren't. It was really disappointing :(

They are always so nice and kind, from the counter assistants to the manager. The food is amazing and always fresh—I’ve tried every type of bread and all the pastries and they are all super consistent and delicious . The place has such a welcoming atmosphere! I also love that you hear people speaking Spanish, French, and English all the time—it makes it so much more fun.
