The name of this place gives it a big reputation, Briskets Montréal and so we did what the name stated, ordered brisket with fries. Portion was fair for the price tag (it's more expensive than normal) but it is a deconstructed brisket sandwich with the brisket and fries on side, bread, pickle and coleslaw on the other, you have to construct it yourself.We were one of the 2 customers there during lunch time and it was odd. It was a quiet night so I had much of the restaurant to myself.The waiter was very helpful. When I couldn't decide between the Brisket sandwich and the Brisket Poutine he offered to make a small size order of the Poutine to go with my sandwich! For the win!
So where to start ... not easy to find because honestly from the outside it looks like a little 'babouette' ..BUT GO!! GO FOR IT!!!
