Local and fresh ingredients are used, with a variety of multicultural specialties served by talented chefs. Dishes are homemade and prepared with seasonal products, revealing exceptional quality and finesse. The staff, both professional and attentive, contributed to making this evening a particularly pleasant moment. The food was incredible, the service is exceptional, and the old school 80s / punk rock vibe was right down the alley. Chef Massimo and his entire crew made guests feel welcomed. This is what every restaurant should strive to be. The vegan tasting menu was intentional, creative, and clearly crafted with love and imagination. They even asked about honey before including it in a dish, showing their desire to connect. They swapped a dessert for a lighter fruit-based option, showing how tuned in they were to making sure guests had a great experience. Cabaret l’Enfer leads with empathy, creativity, and heart. The charcuterie, fresh made burrata, house made butter and sourdough was impressive. The beef course was superb and the desserts were a delight.
