Knew,little English and even less French.I ordered a coffee and he said there was nothing to have in terms of food. He didn't know what a biscotti was.I came some jolly bilingual gamblers. I went to sit at my table and it was dusty.The reason this gets 2 stars is because the place looks really good and there's free automatic wifi.The coffee is ok.The place feels safe but sad. It's almost entirely a gambler's hangout.If I'm wrong, can the owner tell me when to show up and get all this nice food and a clean table?
