I went there for the "rosca de reyes" but I took some tamales. They are Mexico City style and they are the best I've tried in long long time. Even better than some in Mexico

I saw this shop tabling at the Jean Talon market for a festival and got to try their Mexican dipping sauces and bread and chocolate. I ended up buying all 4 types of ki’xocolatl chocolate bars :D the pink peppercorn, spices and coffee types are so satisfying but not addicting so you don’t have to eat a lot to get that post chocolate happy boost. I also got two of the sauces, both incredible, and cardamom agave syrup. Their bread was so delicious too ?
