The girl who is there in the mornings, short wavy black hair, nose piercing on the subway Lionel Groux is rude, she was racist, I asked her for a piece of bread and she threw it at me, she attended to me with signs since I speak the language, in the end she asked me not to I returned to the place only because I told her that his attention was horrible and no one does anything.

This morning around 8:10am the barrista who was working (short, dark hair, piercings) was incredibly rude to an elderly woman and was telling her to leave. I was next in line and she looked at me in such an annoyed way and asked “what do you want?”, I still ordered and she practically through my drink back to me, I was extremely polite regardless. Afterwards, while waiting for the metro, I asked the elderly woman what had happened and she told me that the barrista was being rude to her because she misheard what the total was and gave her the wrong amount so the barrista started yelling at her and told her “vas t’en”. She needs to be fired asap.

The employee was organizing his kitchen so I said hello and asked if they were open as I wanted to order some pastries. She looked at me and ignored me. I repeated my question louder, not sure if she heard me. She looked at me again and ignored me. I didn't understand anything, I left.

Mainly for convenience, and there's one employee that is always sweet and has incredible service. When she is not there I dont bother cause my order is either wrong or they're quite rude. For example when I tried to explain that I had ordered an iced vanilla coffee, not a latte (?), the man that made the coffee rolled his eyes and the cashier said I didn't say that. So yeah, it's not really worth it to start your workday with a headache for mediocre coffee that can't even be made properly. What a waste.

Carrying 4 day old sandwiches on a Monday morning which btw costs 1.33$ more now than it did 6 months ago.Otherwise service is great snd taste is superb.
