Absolutely nothing particular or exceptional about the food. Over the top presentation to try and cover up average food. Took way too long for them to ask me for what I would like to drink...the waiters really need to learn how to smile and be pleasant. Overall, not a place I would recommend.

Par contre lorsqu'il y a une allergie alimentaire il sera bien de rempacer l'aliment au lieu de retirer tout simplement le produit..(avoir des petites alternatives) De plus, plusieurs mouches à fruits se trouvait près de nous et une trenteines était sur la « poutre centrale », plus ou moins appétissant.. Par contre, superbe soirée et agréable moment.

L'huître en a perdu sa saveur et les émulsions servies avaient à peu près le même goût. Le crabe cake était d'une bonne portion mais le goût du crabe s'est perdu. La macreuse de bœuf braisée pendant 48h était extrêmement sèche et le goût fumé trop prononcé et sans grande nuance. Il semble que le chef ait fait une fixation sur les graines de quinoa soufflées et la fumée de foin. L'approche est intéressante d'offrir une expérience aussi bien olfactive que visuelle et gustative mais l'essai a été pour nous loin d'être réussi.

Globalement: Surfait et manque d'authenticité. Points positifs: croquette à la truffe, bouillon de légume, risotto truffe, viande et accord vin/mets. Points négatifs: Le dessert et shows autour sont totalement discréditants: la guimauve, le cigare, la barbe à papa, une corde à linge avec deux morceaux de chocolat, musique samba et cocktail..il ne manquait qu'un lapin sorti du chapeau. Ce n'est pas du niveau d'un gastronomique. Service globalement hésitant et approximatif.

La cuisine raffinée de Jérome Ferrer est d'une grande fraîcheur, de qualité et tout simplement savoureuse d'un plat à l'autre. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée. Le service était excellent et le décor nous faisait sentir en voyage dans notre propre ville. D'excellents vins accompagnaient nos plats. Ce sera un plaisir d'y retourner et sommes fiers d'avoir un très grand chef chez-nous pour nous gâter et représenter le Québec. Des clients fidèles et ultra satisfaits, G & R.

Nous avons grandement apprécié la qualité du service, les mets cuisinés étaient un pur délice. Rencontrez M. Jérôme Ferrer fut une belle surprise, personnalité ultra sympathique, très professionnel et généreux. Je recommanderai ce restaurant à mes connaissances et je me promets bien d'y retourner.

A very special dinner and very agreeable night. While the prices are steep, if you are looking for a unique experience for a refined pallet this will not disappoint. The staff was extremely friendly and took the time to explain each dish and wine pairing. Every dish was delicious and the attention to detail in presentation makes the event so special.

Le seul problème a été les plats servis avec le charbon fumant pour deux raisons: la première est que j'ai un problème respiratoire et la deuxième est que cette odeur puissante a complètement écrasé, étouffé l'arôme du succulent plat de homard. J'ai dû quitter le restaurant précipitamment car trop incommodées par cette fumée. Donc un très bon restaurant pour les gens qui n'ont pas de troubles respiratoire.

Nous avons été servis avec finesse , attention et professionnalisme .Une soirée mémorable et nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer le chef Jérôme Ferrer. Nous avons célébré notre anniversaire de mariage , c'était le meilleur choix de restaurant pour cette occasion. Merci

Was great food, maybe too much accessories (quality of the food was sufficient). Required many interventions from the staff and frequent interruptions. Would have preferred more quiet evening.
Previously visited Europea at their old location, everything there from the food to service was impeccable. This time around we felt the food presentation was very good but the flavors didn't impress as much. The service was subpar compared to what we previously experienced. There were many times that our wine and water glasses were left empty, there were other nice touches from our servers that they lacked on this visit. I expected more for a $700 bill for my wife and two kids (13) and (4). Still a good choice overall, although we are unlikely to return. Lobster cappuccino and foie gras were delicious though, I think we just had very high expectations this time...

Night out from hell So my experience of that night go like this We arrived on time and sit down waiting for service. 30 minutes pass by and we weren't even being greeted, had to ask a staff, who is not our server, for menu. Then comes the long wait... My date want to leave but I want try the place, so again, I ask a staff for some service. He said, please remember this, the restaurant has a computer issue and they are not use to it. I understand, so I place my order fast ( tasting menu) and give my drink order at the same time, but my date did not see the drink menu yet, since they only give us one drink menu While we are trying to order, some food arrives, we have no idea if they are ours or it was meant for someone else One big no no they forgot, was to ask if some food allergy should be addressed, which my date has So we are on to a rocky start The service was slow and the food, thought présent elegantly, is nothing out of ordinary The fact the service was so slow, I was so bored, I begins to document my experience on my Facebook page Now it got ugly Someone 9 management I assum) come to our table about 2, maybe 3 minutes in. Ask us to leave if we are “not happy” with our experience. Because they don't want start a year with bad experience. So it's okay for me to start with one??? Also, “ the owner” left a command on my personal post, demanding us to leave Since they are charging close to 700 for two person for our order, we are not happy, so we had to oblige to their demand So here you go, my first and last experience with Jerome Ferrer par Europea When you want to spend your hard earned money in this restaurant, think if it worth it???
