The oven / stove was out of order, as we were informed upon arrival. So, I chose the salmon tartare which was delicious and flavorful accompanied by a perfect Chablis recommanded by Matteo. The service was impeccable, please extend my thanks to your floor staff as well as to the chef. It is always a pleasure to have lunch at Café Holt Ogilvy even when only cold dishes are available! It was a perfect lunch on a very hot day.
