Lovely ambiance and a great spot overall! I visited with a friend I hadn’t seen in a long time, and while the atmosphere was quite enjoyable, the customer service left a lot to be desired. When it came time to pay, we briefly discussed who would cover the bill—it only took a few seconds—but the staff member serving us seemed visibly irritated by this and made some unnecessary remarks that felt uncalled for. A bit more patience and professionalism would’ve made the experience much better.

Terrible experience despite a good tasting coffee. I ordered an espresso lungo and politely asked for some hot water to add to my coffee. The waiter declined, claiming the coffee should be drunk as per his preparation and that adding water was against the company policy. I was speechless. It never happened to me anywhere in the world, not even in Italy. I will never go there again.
