Every time I try to give this coffee shop a chance every couple months or so Im disappointed. Im either greeted by rude staff or they mess up my order every single time. Not sure what is complicated about an Iced Oat Latte. Always manage to give me whole milk or make it hot instead. When you ask to re make it you just get side eyed. Just exhausted with this place seriously. Also the shaved ice is a really bad choice, please get some real ice in this establishment, I see you guys struggle with that busted up ice for the past 5 years cmon now….

The male barista was very rude. He burnt the two coffees I ordered two lattes and he only made one then when I asked for clarification he just scoffed at me. Never coming here again 😂😂

Secondly Italian coffee, on the darker, roastier side. The shop itself is nice and set up for hangout. I thought it was more for work, but they do not have wifi. Though I didn't like that, in also did like the way they set things up to be more social. Service was really nice and helpful.

I usually enjoy supporting local coffee shops, but unfortunately, my experience here was quite disappointing. The coffee itself was fine, but the staff’s attitude really ruined the visit. They seemed disinterested and unwelcoming — not even a smile or a simple “hello.” When I asked a question about the menu, I got a dismissive response like I was bothering them. It’s a shame, because a friendly atmosphere makes such a big difference. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

We were on waiting list for Arthur nosh bar and we went to this beautiful italian coffeeshop, amazing coffee, I loved the taste of my flat white glass. Friendly staff. I will definitely will come back here. Highly recommended
