The service is consistently friendly, attentive, and efficient, with staff described as funny, sweet, and super friendly. However, some experiences note the service did not match the quality of the food, with issues like a lack of a reservation or waitlist system, long waits for food after being seated, and difficulty getting attention for drink refills. The maple cold brew tasted acidic, but the food is the highlight. There may be a line, but it is worth the wait.
