🥪😊 #Sherbrooke

Emilia in Villeray is a highly recommended spot known for its consistent and flavorful Portuguese dishes. The restaurant offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that makes it suitable for casual dining and small gatherings. The food is fresh, well-prepared, and shows clear attention to quality, with dishes like chicken and rice receiving high praise for their authenticity and taste. Portions are satisfying, and the overall experience is enjoyable, encouraging repeat visits. Staff members are attentive and professional, contributing to a welcoming environment, and the ambiance is smooth and calm.
While most reviews highlight the excellent quality of the food and friendly service, there are occasional moments of disappointment, such as when a dish was not up to expectations or a meal was overdone, but these seem to be rare. Some customers have tried specific items like the Tia Natal grilled cheese with Portuguese chicken, chorizo, and cheese curds, which was noted to be somewhat disappointing due to the cheese curds not melting properly and the sandwich falling apart. However, the accompanying fries were tasty and filling.
Overall, Emilia offers a great dining experience with authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming vibe, making it a favorite for those seeking quality Portuguese cuisine in Villeray.
