Vesta is my go to place for a Brooklyn style pizza in Montreal. From their Bob le Chef to the pepperoni it’s a win.

Restaurant Vesta serves authentic pizza in a cozy and fantastic atmosphere. The menu features delicious options like the Boscaiola pizza, the Caprese Salad, and the pesto is a standout. The thin-crust pizzas, like the one with spicy honey or mortadella and pistachios, are a hit. The gnocchi are soft and pillowy with an incredible tomato sauce. The service is friendly, excellent, and courteous, making for a pleasant dining experience. They also have great wines and a top Negroni. Booking in advance is recommended due to limited seating.
