Maison du Cari des Caraïbes offers a delightful taste of Caribbean cuisine. The food is praised for its exceptional flavors, with dishes like the platter, doubles, chickpeas, dhalpouri, and goat curry roti receiving high acclaim. Portions are generous, and the restaurant strives to accommodate dietary preferences, offering a mild spice sauce on the side. While the service has been noted as somewhat lacking in warmth, there are also reports of pleasant staff and perfect service experiences. Customers appreciate the different vegetarian options available and the ability to request dishes to be separated for children. The atmosphere is described as cool, featuring nice portraits. Despite some recent changes, many customers continue to enjoy the authentic and properly spiced West Indian fare and are eager to return, especially for dishes like ox tails and goat roti. The jerk chicken, although tasty, may not always be served hot. The curried goat has been described as "mid" (dry, lacking spice) on one occasion, but the curry goat and jerk chicken plates have also been praised as fresh and yummy, with the staff described as polite and welcoming.
